    We include all heating and cold air return vents with our Full Cleaning Service. Saving you money and ensuring the best cleaning possible.

    It is important to clean the entire duct system in order to prevent old dust and debris from re-entering the system.

  • Our Full Furnace and Duct Cleaning Service includes a free application of Benefect Air Duct Sanitizer.

    This service is valued with certain companies at $80.

    A natural botanical disinfectant, safe and designed for air duct cleaning. Kills mold, mildew, fungus etc

  • Furnace fans and components are cleaned with the Full Furnace and Duct Cleaning Service.

    An A/C coil cleaning is also included with our service.

  • Pet Hair Inside Main Duct

    Cat and dog hair is drawn into a system from the cold air return vents which pull air into the system. It is then trapped in the large main ducts of the furnace and circulated into your families air that they breathe everyday.

  • Debris on Furnace Component

    Dust from renovations can easily make it’s way onto your furnace’s motors and fans. This causes extra wear on your furnace and reduces efficiency.

  • Air Conditioning Coil Plugged With Hair

    Located above your furnace’s main heating supply and fan, the air condtioning coil can become plugged with hair or debris. This greatly reduces efficiency and can cause issues with air quality and flow.

  • We are based in Saskatoon but will service Warman, Langham, Martensville and most places within 100 km of Saskatoon.

    Jobs with travel needs further than 50 km from Saskatoon are available with mileage fees.

  • 2-3 hours on a average cleaning

  • All heating and return vents will need to be accessed. The main ducts and furnace will also need to be accessed.

    Making accommodations for pets is recommended as the noise can disturb them.

  • Yes we clean all types of homes.

  • Yes our equipment is designed for any type of layout.

  • Pet hair and dander is often sucked into the cold air intake vents in a home. This causes it to become trapped in the main ducting of the furnace. This results in the dander consistently recirculating throughout the airflow in the home.

    Dust and debris from drywall or similar renovations get trapped in the system and circulate in the air. This dust is very fine and causes dirty homes and poor air quality. It is recommend to clean the furnace and ducts immediately after renovations.
